Serves 8 as part of a mezze platter

Cooking time 30 minutes
Beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise together until creamy. Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, chilli, spring onions, lemon zest and oregano. Spoon this over the artichoke hearts, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C or until golden brown. Serve with pita bread.
