Prepare a packet of pomegranate or black mulberry flavoured jelly and allow to set slightly in the fridge. Arrange fresh sliced strawberries in sundae glasses and pour the jelly into the glasses to cover the berries. Set in the fridge. Spoon a layer of ready-made custard over the jelly – and top with one or two large spoonful’s of homemade yogurt ice cream. Decorate with fresh berries, chopped pecan nuts and grated chocolate and serve immediately.
