Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
1 Pour half of the teriyaki sauce over the steak and mix well. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
2 Mix the cornflour with a little water to form a paste. Mix in the remaining teriyaki sauce. Heat the sauce in a wok or frying pan until thickened. Remove and set aside.
3 Heat a little oil in the wok and sear the meat. Remove and mix it into the thickened sauce.
4 Heat a little more oil and stir-fry the vegetables until just done. Add the spring onions and serve with the beef on a bed of Chinese noodles, garnished with coriander.
