Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Oven temperature: 200ºC
1 Carefully roll the pastry open and spread a thick layer of pesto on it. Sprinkle the cheese, olives, bacon and oregano over and roll the pastry up into a long roll.
2 Cut the roll into 2cm slices and arrange these in a circle on a prepared baking sheet. In a preheated oven ,bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked.
