1 Cut the figs and nectarines into slices and arrange on a baking tray. Dot with the butter and drizzle honey over. Grill until the edges of the fruit start to blacken.
2 Halve the camembert cheeses horizontally and place the bottom halves on a plate. Divide half the fruit, nuts and rocket leaves between them, then top with the other halves of the cheeses. Spoon the remaining fruit and nuts on top and serve immediately with extra honey and toast.
