Preparation Time 10 minutes
Cooking Time 15 minutes
1 Brush each corn cob with a little oil. Cook over medium-hot coals on the braai for about 15 minutes. Turn often to ensure the cobs cook evenly.
2 Mix the butter, dukkah and lemon juice together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3 Serve the corn rubbed with a dollop of dukkah butter.
