Oven temperature: 220°C
1 Preheat the oven and mix the parsley and Parmesan cheese into the garlic butter.
2 Make incisions in the baguette – try not to cut right through – and place dollops of the butter in the incisions. Wrap the baguette in foil (shiny side inside).
3 Place the baguette in the oven for 20 minutes, then open the foil. Bake for another five minutes to give the bread a crisp texture. Serve warm.
