Preparation Time 20 minutes
1 Mix the couscous, apricots and pecan nuts. Prepare a dressing by mixing the garlic, chilli, parsley, chives, olive oil and lemon juice, and add the crumbled cheese to marinate for a while.
2 Mix the salad dressing and cheese into the couscous and spoon it into a salad bowl. Garnish with strawberries or pomegranate seeds and serve.
