Preparation Time 2½ hours
1 Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan and add some of the quince skin. Bring to the boil then simmer for about 2 hours or until the quinces are soft and the liquid is ruby red in colour and starting to thicken.
2 To Serve Mix creamed honey with natural yoghurt and serve with the stewed quinces.
