Serves 6 as a snack

Baking time: 15-20 minutes
Oven temperature: 200ºC
1 Preheat the oven. Halve all the tomatoes. Mix with the onions, olive oil, garlic, mixed herbs and sugar and season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and crumble the feta over the top.
2 Brush the ciabatta slices with olive oil on both sides and fry in a hot pan. Spoon some of the tomato mixture onto each slice of toast and serve.
