1 Preheat the oven. Mix the rolled oats, almonds or walnuts, pumpkin seeds, apple pieces, apricot pieces and honey in a mixing bowl.
2 Spread the mixture onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Greek yoghurt and honey.
