1 Place the berries and honey in a bowl, crush berries gently with a fork and stir together.
2 Mix together the muesli and ginger biscuits, set aside.
3 To Assemble Place a layer of crushed berries in the base of a glass, top with a layer of muesli mix, then yoghurt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
4 To Serve Serve topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey.
