‘Serve your couple guests – as in guests who are couples! – a different dessert each, so they can share.’
We love this idea – and will be putting it into practise well before Valentine’s Day next month. Nikki also said to look out for old-school ice cream sundaes – they’re a brilliant retro summer dessert – and for new-schoolers, the Lindt filled cruffin (a delicious flaky croissant-muffin hybrid pastry filled with Lindt chocolate) served with crème anglaise and vanilla dust.
