* 500g ready-made bread dough (or use frozen pizza bases)
* about 250ml tomato pasta sauce
* 10-12 slices salami
* 100g cherry or mini rosa tomatoes
* about 300g grated or sliced mozzarella
* 30g rocket and basil, to serve
1 Preheat the oven with a baking sheet inside. 2 Divide the dough into two or four pieces and roll each piece out thinly. Place onto a baking sheet lightly dusted with flour. Spread some tomato sauce over and arrange the salami and cherry tomatoes on the base. Top with cheese. 3 Place the baking sheet with the pizza onto the preheated sheet in the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and the base is cooked.
