Our vote for the perfect summer sipper? Try this refreshing fruit drink:
1 Puree four cups of cubed watermelon, honeydew melon or sweet melon (all are good sources of vitamin C and potassium) in a blender.
2 Strain the pulp through a fine sieve or a piece of cheesecloth.
3 Divide the leftover liquid among four glasses and mix an equal amount of water, soda water or iced tea.
4 Top with a sprig of mint.
