Sunday night was a red carpet extravaganza as the 68th British Academy Film Awards took place as well as the 57th Annual Grammy Awards. The British film stars definitely brought their A-game – so much so that we’re more excited than ever to see how our favourite Hollywood beauties will rise to the style challenge at the Oscars in a couple of weeks’ time.
Taking some clues from ceremony, this is who you may want to keep your eye on at the Oscars… Following their success at the Golden Globes, Boyhood shined once again by taking Best Film and Best Director. Julianne Moore walked away with Best Actress for her moving performance in Still Alice (which premieres in South Africa on Friday, 13 February). The Grand Budapest Hotel proved to be another recurring favourite bagging Best Costume Design and Best Original Screenplay.
