    Your easy guide to full-body loveliness, which will have you ready for some fun in the sun:

    In the Buff
    Exfoliating twice a week gets rid of dry, flaky skin and helps your skin to better absorb moisture. Here’s how to do right:

    • Use a loofah, body mitt or scrub product and massage damp skin (never dry skin, because you’ll scratch the surface and cause irritation or infection).
    • Work over your body in small, circular motions, in the direction of your heart. Pay special attention to rough and dry parts, like elbows, knees, feet, and the back of the upper arms and thighs.

    If you use a mitt or loofah, make sure that you disinfect and dry it thoroughly as it can become a breeding ground for bacteria. Don’t exfoliate skin prone to problems like eczema, varicose veins, psoriasis or sun sensitivity.

    Banish the Orange Peel
    Cellulite. Just the word is enough to send us into a complete bikini panic. It affects up to 80% of women, which means that many thin and fit women have it too. Tackle cellulite from the inside by drinking lots of water (this plumps your skin’s outer layer, diminishing the orange-peel appearance), eating lots of fruit, and avoiding saturated fat. Hitting the gym is also a great strategy because exercise burns fat and increases blood circulation, to lessen those dimples.

    Quench Thirsty Skin
    Giving your skin a fresh, dewy glow means making sure it’s properly moisturised. Hydration should start in the shower with a gentle body wash, followed by applying a nourishing moisturiser.

    Treat your Feet
    We all lavish time and care on our hair and face, but our feet often end up on the bottom of our list of beauty priorities. Get your toes looking great by getting a really good pedicure, which will get rid of dry, hard skin callouses.
