Note We used an organic cotton and bamboo double-knit yarn, but you can also use a pure cotton DK yarn.

Fingerless mittens
You need
• Vinni’s Colours Bambi DK in the colours of your choice
• 5mm knitting needles
• darning needle with a large eye

Cast on 30 stitches, work 50 rows in garter stitch and cast off. Sew the side edges together with neat, small stitches, leaving an opening for the thumb.

 

Baby cap
Cast on 50 stitches, work 50 rows in garter stitch and then cast off. Fold in half to form a square and sew the back seam closed.
For the band, cast on 5 stitches, work 36 rows in garter stitch and cast off. Sew one end of the band to the front of the cap. Sew a button to the other side of the cap. To fasten push the button through the knitting.

Closed scarf
Cast on 65 stitches, work 66 rows in garter stitch and cast off. Join the two sides together to form a ring.
