1 Mix all the ingredients together and divide into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a 6cm-long sausage shape onto a wooden skewer. Place on a baking sheet.
2 Grill the koftas under a medium-hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve with savoury couscous and sweet chilli sauce.
