Cooking time 15 minutes
1 Heat 15ml of the butter and fry the onions over medium heat. Add the crab sticks and fry for another two to three minutes.
2 Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Season to taste and shape into small patties.
3 Heat the remaining butter in a non-stick frying pan and fry the crab cakes for a few minutes per side over a medium heat. Only turn the cake over once the bottom is cooked and comes away from the pan easily. Serve with potato wedges and extra mayonnaise.
