1 Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic and mushrooms. Sauté for 3 minutes, then add the courgettes. Sauté for another 3 minutes.
2 Stir in the flour, then add the milk a little at a time, stirring well after each addition. Remove from the heat.
3 Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Remove the sausages from their casings and break into small pieces. Add to the frying pan and stir to brown well. Reduce the heat and fry for 2 minutes or until cooked. Stir into the vegetables and season to taste.
4 Cook the gnocchi according to the pack instructions. Remove with a slotted spoon and dish up into bowls. Top with the sausage and vegetable mixture. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan and fresh basil.
