1 Combine the mustard, yoghurt, lemon juice and garlic in a shallow bowl.
2 Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper, then dip them into the mustard mixture. Sprinkle breadcrumbs liberally onto the chicken and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
