Serves 4
• 6 plums, halved
• ¼ cup dark brown (treacle) sugar
For the topping
• 3 boudoir biscuits
• 1 tbsp coconut
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• honey for drizzling
1 Preheat oven grill; place fruit on a baking tray, sprinkle with brown sugar and grill until golden and bubbly, about 12 min. Remove and allow to cool.
2 Blitz topping ingredients until smooth; sprinkle over the top of fruit.
3 To serve Serve warm with Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
