At Bodhi Khaya, guests are encouraged to unwind and explore the unspoilt countryside surrounding Baviaansfontein, the oldest farm in the Overberg region of the Western Cape.
Go horseback riding, walk many beautiful trails, immerse yourself in the historic library, sit around a fire under the peaceful night sky, or just rest. As part of their conservation commitment, all food grown at Bodhi Khaya is organic and waste is kept to a minimum and recycled.
The next retreat programme, from 12-16 December, focuses on opening the heart and stilling the mind by discovering the strength that lies in vulnerability. Sue Cooper, this programme leader, uses Buddhist psychology along with meditation to enhance your experience.
Cost Accommodation for single-shared is R250 per night or book a twin en suite for R550 per night.
