Your Life Sorted: Old CDs

Have you ever wondered what to do with your old CDs?

Put them to good use with a couple of these ideas:

• Turn them over and glue a tea-light candle to the centre, then use them as festive lights around your home and garden when you entertain.
• Tie a few together with lengths of fairy lights and thin jeweller’s wire to use as a contemporary lampshade.
• Use one as a clock face by inserting a clock mechanism through the hole in the middle.
