Décor idea: Make glass lights

Add to your décor - and atmosphere - and make these glass lights

You will need

• glass jar with lid
• craft knife
• base for light fitting, with electric cord
• energy-saving light bulb
• picture of cutlery
• double-sided tape

To make
1 Use your craft knife to cut a hole in the lid of the jar that is the correct size for inserting the base of the light fitting.

2 Insert the base through the hole and screw the light bulb in place.

3 Affix the picture to the inside of the glass jar using double-sided tape. Insert the light bulb and screw the lid closed.
