You will need
• silhouette of bird on a branch (below)
• colour photocopies of floral paper
• modge podge
• craft paintbrush
• glue
• scissors

Bird silouette

To make
1 Copy our bird on a branch silhouette, or use any design of your choice, and cut out. If you have enlarged your design so that it is now on several sheets of paper, stick the design on to one big sheet of paper so you can cut it out and work with just one piece of paper.

2 Cut out the paper flowers and begin to arrange them on the bird silhouette.

3 Glue the flowers on to the silhouette once you are happy with your arrangement.

4 Seal with a layer of modge podge once all the flowers are stuck down. Leave to dry thoroughly.

5 Stick to the wall with modge podge and seal with another couple of layers – leave to dry between layers.
