Oven temperature: grill
1 Cook the Brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes or until just tender. Rinse in cold water.
2 Mix the cooked sprouts with the mustard and Parmesan. Then thread four Brussels sprouts onto a kebab stick with a rasher of bacon.
3 Arrange the skewers on a greased baking tray and grill until the bacon is crispy on all sides. Serve hot.
