Vegetable fritters
1 Prepare dipping sauce: Mix all the ingredients together.
2 Prepare vegetable fritters: Mix the chickpea flour, oil, coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and warm water together.
3 Add the carrot, potato, onion and mustard seeds.
4 Heat the oil in a frying pan and dish spoonfuls of the batter in the hot oil. Deep-fry until golden brown and cooked. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
