1 Make a cross incision at the top of six figs and lightly squeeze the sides to open the fruit up slightly.
2 Fill each with a mix of feta cheese and chopped nuts.
3 Carefully wrap each fig in a slice of parma ham, place on a baking tray and bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes until warmed through, but not soggy.
4 Serve this with your main roast dish or sprinkle sweet basil or rocket leaves over them as a garnish for a flavourful side dish.
