Serves 6
1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the apples, onions and cinnamon sticks in a deep baking tray. Dot over the butter. In a jug, whisk together the Verjuice, orange juice and honey; pour mixture over the apples and onions. Season.
2 Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
3 Serve garnished with sage leaves.
