Makes 8 small sosaties
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
1 Thread the chicken pieces, onions and cauliflower onto the skewers. Mix the butter, almonds and masala together and brush over the kebabs.
2 Heat a griddle pan until piping hot and fry the sosaties until cooked through. Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve as a snack. Greek yoghurt as a dipping sauce is an optional extra.
