1 Fry the bacon until crisp, add the honey and fry until caramelised – beware, it burns easily! Beat together the mustard, vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper, and stir through the lentils.
2 Arrange all the ingredients on a platter and serve immediately with fresh bread.
