Serves 2 as a main or 4 as a side
Preparation Time 10 minutes
1 Slice the fennel thinly and put it into a bowl.
2 Add the chickpeas and crumbled feta cheese.
3 Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and a good grinding of salt and pepper together. Pour over the fennel and chickpeas. Toss well and serve.
