1 Heat the sunflower oil and fry the pork chops over a high heat until browned. Remove the chops from the pan and set aside.
2 Add the sesame oil to the pan and add the spring onions, garlic, five-spice powder and Sichuan pepper and stir-fry for a minute. Add the oyster sauce, sherry, broccoli, sweet pepper and 30 to 50ml water and stir-fry and simmer for five minutes, until the broccoli is tender. Add the pork chops to the pan and heat through. Serve on a bed of cooked noodles. To garnish, sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
