Makes 1.6 litres
Preparation time: 5 minutes, plus cooling time
1 Mix the tea leaves with the boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
2 Stir in the honey until dissolved and pour through a tea strainer.
3 Allow to cool completely. Mix with the fruit juice and refrigerate. We poured our tea over ice and garnished the glass with a slice of grapefruit and fresh raspberries.
