The Best Garlic Salad Dressing

• 4 cloves of fresh garlic, finely chopped
• 7 oven-roasted garlic cloves
• 5 boiled garlic cloves
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 30ml wholegrain mustard
• olive oil

1 Whisk all the ingredients in a food processor until the dressing thickens. Add more oil if it gets too thick.
