Gorgeous Chocolate Maraschino Cherries

The perfect finishing touch to serve with coffee at the end of a meal

1 Buy good-quality preserved maraschino cherries with their stems intact.

2 Melt 100g of dark chocolate in a double boiler and pour carefully into miniature cupcake holders.

3 Place a cherry into the melted chocolate in each holder. Leave to cool and store until needed.
