1 Bake the potato rösti in a preheated oven until cooked.
2 Cut the yellowtail fillet into four portions. Heat a little oil in a large pan and place the fish portions in it, skin side down. Fry for two minutes, then turn and fry the other side until cooked.
3 While the fish is cooking, heat a little oil in a wok or pan and stir-fry the vegetables. Season to taste.
4 Heat the sauce according to the packet instructions, then stir in the fresh cream.
5 Serve the yellowtail fillets with some potato rösti, stir-fried vegetables and the lemon-butter sauce.
