Makes 12 chicken drumsticks
Preparation time 25 minutes, plus marinating time
Cooking time about 1 hour
Oven temperature 180°C
1 Beat the cool drink, honey and sauces together and pour over the chicken. Marinate in the fridge for an hour or two, but preferably overnight.
2 Preheat the oven. Line an ovenproof dish with foil and add the chicken and sauce. Bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake for another 20 minutes.
3 Pour the sauce into a saucepan and reduce until syrupy. Mix it with the chicken and put the chicken back into the oven – bake until sticky. Turn the chicken frequently and baste with the sauce as needed. Sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds before serving.
