Preparation Time 30 minutes
Baking Time 20 minutes, plus drying out time
Oven Temperature 180°C
1 Mix the flour, sugar, a pinch of salt and the baking powder together. Add the eggs and mix together.
2 Fold in the Toblerone, dark chocolate and pecans.
3 Using well-floured hands and a spatula, construct two logs of similar length and size on a tray covered in greased baking paper.
4 Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes then remove and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
5 Cut into slices 1cm thick and lay out on two baking trays.
6 Reduce the oven temperature to 140°C and bake for a further 10 minutes or until crisp. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
