Serves 4
Preparation Time 20 minutes
1 Peel the pineapple and cut out the eyes. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and place them in the fridge until needed.
2 Mix the cottage cheese, yoghurt, cream and honey together and store the mixture in the fridge until cold.
3 To Serve Spoon the cream mixture into dessert dishes or glasses. Spoon the pineapple pieces on top and sprinkle the ginger biscuit crumbs over.
