Serves 4
1 Mix the yoghurt, ricotta and icing sugar in a mixing bowl. Keep in fridge until needed.
2 Heat the butter and brown sugar in a frying pan and add the pear slices. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side until the pears are golden-brown and form a syrup.
3 To serve dish the ricotta mixture on the waffles and top with the pear slices.
