Serves 4-6 with savoury biscuits
Preparation Time 10 minutes
1 Line a 15cm cake tin or pretty mould with clingwrap. Sprinkle half the nuts in the bottom of the container. Mix the mascarpone and blue cheese and spoon half of it on top of the nuts. Slice two of the green figs and layer them on top of the cheese. Spoon the rest of the cheese over this and smooth it with the back of a spoon.
2 Turn out onto a plate and top with the remaining figs and nuts. Serve with savoury biscuits.
