Deliciously Light Limoncello Spritz

Keeping it fresh and healthy!

Serves 4

• ¼ cup Limoncello
• 1L ice cold soda water
• 2 limes, sliced
• fresh organic lime leaves

For The Berry Ice
Selection of mixed berries frozen in ice, in ice trays.

1 Pour the Limoncello in a jug, add the sliced limes, fresh leaves and soda water, stir to combine.
2 To Serve Place berry ice cubes in glasses, pour over the Limoncello spritz.
