Oven Temperature 200˚C
1 Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for five minutes. Mix in the cooked barley, fresh mixed herbs and half of the cheese.
2 Place the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the sour cream or cheese sauce. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
