1 Slice the bread and arrange it on a baking tray. Toast both sides under a preheated grill until crispy.
2 Mix the cheese, eggs, onion and mustard powder together, season with salt and pepper, and divide the mixture between the slices.
3 Top each one with a strip of bacon and put them back in the oven until golden brown. They’re delicious with fresh salad as a quick meal or snack.
