1 Preheat the oven to 180°C. Boil the potatoes in salted water until just cooked and drain. Cut the sausages into 3cm lengths and mix in with the potatoes, bread and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and arrange in an ovenproof dish.
2 Sprinkle over the rosemary and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown and cooked. Serve with a fresh salad.
TIP The bread browns faster than the potatoes, so you can add that later.
