Berrylicious smoothie

Makes 2 litres
Preparation time 10 minutes

• a handful of raspberries
• a handful of blueberries
• 2 handfuls of strawberries
• 1 banana
• 30ml honey
• 300ml low-fat milk
• 300ml vanilla sorbet

1 Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
