We recently discovered Cosecha via Emma Jane Nation’s super cool blog and now, all we want to do is indulge in some lazy Latin American dining.
The name, Cosecha, is Spanish for ‘harvest’, and reflects the location, which is next to the harvest area where grapes are sorted and crushed on the wine estate.
By the way, in case you were wondering, you say ‘Co-say-cha!’.
Most of the ingredients are grown on the farm, make sure you don’t leave without exploring the thriving veggie garden.
